What I love about New Zealand: Nothing like winter in Cental Otago, skiing and the scenery, summer at the beaches,and still discovering places I haven’t been to.

What not many people know about me: My name has been published in a Biochemistry Genetics paper as a result of the assistance I provided for research in my other career!

Favourite Beyond Moment: Second week here but gosh fruit baskets and herbal tea are a welcome treat.
