Clare's expertise encompasses a wealth of knowledge and experience around tailored candidate attraction and sourcing strategies for both permanent and contracting solutions. Emma is our Auckland Candidate Manager in the Beyond Business Support team – specialising in Temporary and Permanent recruitment. Emma’s focus it to provide quality temporary and permanent professional candidates for our Auckland roles. Prior to joining Beyond, Emma was a recruitment consultant for an international recruitment company and placed candidates in a variety of roles across Call Centre and Administration. Having worked in the recruitment industry for 6 years, Emma brings invaluable skills and knowledge to the Beyond team. Emma's positive, energetic and "can-do" approach is reflected in the support she provides as well as ensuring a welcoming experience to our candidates

Liza Viz
Liza is a Director of Beyond and holds the position of Chief Executive Beyond Services. Liza has over 25 years business experience encompassing a successful career in General Business Management, Human Resources and Recruitment.
Liza's expertise includes recruiting at Senior Management levels across the disciplines of General Management in Accounting and Finance Auckland across all sectors and disciplines. As an experienced business leader she understands the importance of sourcing, placing and retaining good talent in an ever-tightening talent market and economic shifts.
With a strong strategic and analytical approach Liza works closely with her clients to offer tailored solutions that will meet their unique recruitment requirements. Equally, Liza places a high value on job seekers, taking ownership to coach them in achieving their career aspirations.
Liza has a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Law and a Postgraduate business diploma in Human Resources and Training and Development.

A Qualified NZ Chartered Accountant with eight years accounting and auditing experience working across NZ, UK and Cayman Islands, Matt seeks to provide his clients with a leading level of service combining his strengths of holding a good understanding of the role of accountants and his passion to ensure top service delivery. Matt is dedicated to providing a totally professional level of service, committed to exceeding his client expectations, and delivering on promises, every time.
Outside of helping his clients, Matt enjoys hitting the surf and devouring good seafood.

Nadine is our Team Co-ordinator for the Accounting and Finance Team in Auckland. Her background includes business support and event management for a range of NZ-based technology companies. Nadine has recently spent six months travelling in South Africa and a year and a half in the UK where she did various temp assignments.

Peter Campbell
Peter is a Client Manager in our Accounting & Finance Team in Wellington. He came from a leading UK-owned recruitment agency based in Wellington, which specialised in international financial recruitment. He is our main point of contact for Accounting & Finance candidates. Peter is passionate about getting to know our candidates, building a relationship with them and helping them secure the right role for their next career move.
Peter completed his Degree at Victoria University majoring in Human Resource Management, Commercial Law and International Business.

Rob has a wealth of executive recruitment experience to having spent nine years in the industry. Rob specialises in Human Resources and Senior Management roles, supplying quality candidates for both Private and Public sectors. He also works on senior Accounting and Finance roles.
Prior to recruitment Rob has spent 18 years in the business community working in Telecommunications, Banking and Primary Industry sectors in both New Zealand and UK.
