An international CA firm with large local presence and global alliances is looking to recruit a talented and ambitious BAS assistant manager/manager with the intention of progressively learning and developing all aspects of corporate finance.

You will work within a diverse client base that features growth orientated owner managed businesses with expanding international requirements and large privately owned companies. The role has immense variety from budgeting, cash flows, business planning, tax minimisation, added value consulting and corporate finance.

You will be learning such skills as being able to

<li>Value business's for sale</li>
<li>Perform due diligence reviews</li>
<li>Advise on mergers & acquisitions</li>
<li>Advise on raising equity & finance</li>
<li>Advise on franchising:</li>
<li>Advice on an array of accounting and business issues unique to each client</li>
</ul>

This is a highly interesting role for the ambitious and focussed that demonstrate a thirst to learn and grow.

Key requirements of this role require you to be CA qualified, have a BAS background of at least 5 years, be highly analytical, have excellent client facing skills with ability to drive business relationships forward, be passionate about NZ business and growth and development of the SME market.

Salary $85K - $105K + parking
