Description
Due to encouraging growth, the Consulting practice specialism has a number of exciting projects underway with some of New Zealand’s leading organisations. To further build there outstanding National Consulting team, our client is looking for high calibre staff to join us in Auckland.

The role requires someone who is able to help clients improve their business performance through leading the development and provision of professional advice and guidance through structured, rigorous consulting projects. It requires strong business process/analysis skills with preferred experience in:

Performance management and monitoring
Data analysis and evaluation
Change management or human resource consulting
The successful applicant will have 3-4 years experience preferably with some exposure to business analytics and within a Human Resources position and who can contribute to all phases of the business process within dynamic and evolving environments.

Core competencies include:

Supporting the business in the identification, validation, definition, justification and implementation of significant, complex and/or strategic change.
Analysing current processes, structures and data to identify opportunities, facilitating the design and supporting the implementation of solutions.
Pivotal to the role are excellent analysis, written and verbal skills, the ability to come quickly up to speed, full project life cycle experience, and the potential to work on large and complex projects. The nature of the business requires a sense of urgency and a flexible approach.
