To be successful in this role, you will ideally be degree qualified with commercial experience in system engineering. Applications will be considered from both Intermediate level candidates (2-5 years experience) as well as more senior engineers. 

You will have previous experience as a system engineer within an engineering firm (electrical, manufacturing, technology), working on product development. You will be able to demonstrate engineering experience with any of the following: RF technology, lasers/optics, IR technology, and/or networking.

- Previous experience in product design, and/or participation in design reviews
- Any experience with UML IDEF Architecture
- What EMC standards you may have tested to
- Any exposure to MIL standard 461 engineering standard
- Ability to format and functionally architect design drawings
- Any experience with DOORS application or similar CDA software
- Skills in systems engineering processes for small projects
- Sound working knowledge of MS Office and MS Project

On a personal level, you will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working within a collaborative team environment. As you will be working with International clients, the ability to travel overseas 2-3 times a year, for up to 2-3 weeks at a time is mandatory.
