You will have had exposure to a wide range of commercial/property work representing a wide range of clients. Experience in general practice would be an advantage but is not necessary.

You may be a senior level practitioner who is looking for partnership in the short term, making a change to the suburbs for lifestyle reasons or wanting to move from being an employee to an employer.

You may also be a sole practitioner looking to make a move into a firm. You will have a revenue base to bring into the firm, although the firm is busy enough that you will not need an entire practice.
