Your experience will come primarily from employment law. If you are currently part of a team in a larger firm that would be an advantage but not essential. You must have a strong academic background, an eye for detail and a passion for the area.

These teams take pride in their ability to provide commercially and technically sound advice to their clients. Primarily employers, you will need to be able to understand their business needs and provide pragmatic and practical advice.
