This position will see you working closely with customers to understand the "customer experience". You will come up with ideas to improve existing product lines and be actively involved in creating new products. Reporting and data collection will also be an element of this role as well as being a key contributor to the creation of a product catalogue. Successful applicants will have drive and motivation to manage new products through the entire process from design to implementation. You will have a strong understanding of technology as many of their products have a large IT component. Proven Product Management experience is a MUST for this role. As well as being able to get out in front of customers, you also need to be happy enough rolling up your sleeves and getting into analysing data and reports in an effort to improve your product line.
