Carole joined Beyond early 2010 as a Resource Manager in the Wellington IT Contract team. Carole has over three years recruitment experience working within the Wellington market and has a wealth of knowledge of and expertise in finding contractors new assignments.

Prior to her recruitment career Carole worked in both the banking and advertising industries where she developed strong customer service skills and a solid business understanding.
