He has 8 years recruitment experience and has built divisions for a Global Recruitment Consultancy in this time both here in NZ and the UK. James has worked extensively with leading CIO's and IT Directors in forming partnerships to understand their recruitment needs, so as to aid him to provide a first rate delivery service. James prides himself on understanding that while a candidate may have the technical skills to do a specific job, it is also imperative to understand the culture and environment of where they are to be placed.
