Shane Burton

Shane has 2 years experience as a specialist Legal recruiter built upon his experience as a practicing Solicitor with experience in employment law. This background and knowledge of the ins and outs of legal practice allows him to fully understand the requirements of employers and candidates alike.

Shane works at a national level across the entire spectrum of professional legal roles, from Partners, Consultants and Special Counsel to graduate and junior Solicitors. He has also recruited for in-house legal teams in the private and public sectors, from junior to senior level.

Shane prides himself on being able to understand business not only from a needs perspective but also from a strategic perspective. He has advised law firms in terms of partnership diversification, strategic development and general practice management. He takes this same approach with candidates, able to understand their needs and help them map out their career path.
