The Temp’s performance is managed by Beyond Recruitment and the employee's salary is calculated on an hourly rate and paid through Beyond Recruitment Temp payroll. Beyond Recruitment Temps are entitled to holiday pay, sick leave pay and statutory holidays (conditions apply) No notice is required to terminate temporary employment by either party, although there may be occasional exceptions to this rule.
