Always keep your consultant updated on your availability and any changes to your contact details. Also, keep your CV current.

Beyond Temp will deduct PAYE (pay as you earn) tax from your salary automatically. You will need to complete an IR330 and apply for an IRD number if you are working in New Zealand for the first time. You will find an IR330 in your Temp Pack. To apply for an IRD number, contact Inland Revenue on 0800 227 774 or go to www.ird.govt.nz

You must have the right to work in the New Zealand to be considered for temporary roles with Beyond Temp. If you are not a New Zealand or Australian national, we will reject your application unless you have secured, or are eligible for, a New Zealand visa. Unfortunately, we are not able to help you secure sponsorship through a New Zealand company. Please see www.immigration.govt.nz for further information if you are unsure about your visa status for New Zealand.

A Temp’s performance is managed by Beyond and the employee's salary is calculated on an hourly rate and paid through Beyond Temp payroll. Beyond Temps are entitled to holiday pay, sick leave pay and statutory holidays (conditions apply) No notice is required to terminate temporary employment by either party, although there may be occasional exceptions to this rule.
