Beyond Friends Terms and Conditions
- Candidates referred must not be previously known to Beyond.
- The candidate referred by the Referrer must be successfully placed in a permanent employment or contract position by Beyond Services Ltd within 12 months of the referral being made.
- The Candidate must remain employed in the said permanent employment position for a minimum period of 6 months and one day before any reward can be provided. Contract placements need to be 6 months in duration and completed before the reward is provided. Temp assignments need to be 3 months continuous assignment or total 492 hours within a 9-month period from introduction before the reward can be provided.
- Any information provided by both the Candidate and the Referrer must not be false. If either the Candidate or the Referrer have provided any information that is false in any respect then Beyond Services Ltd is not liable to provide any reward.
- The Referrer and the Candidate warrant and agree that any information they have provided is true and correct to the best of their knowledge and belief.
- The referrer warrants that he or she has permission from the candidate to make the referral to Beyond Services.
- The referrer warrants that this process is in no way part of a head hunting exercise and that the candidate to be referred is a bona fide person who is actively looking for work.
- Rewards are not exchangeable for cash.
- Employees of Beyond Services Ltd and their immediate relatives are ineligible to apply.
- The decision of Beyond regarding provision of any reward is final.
Please note that if the referred candidate is previously known and registered on Beyond 's database, then Beyond is not liable to provide any reward.
