Working on some of the most exciting projects in New Zealand right now, the Customer Experience and Behaviour Group (CEB) is at the forefront of this new era in transport and is tasked with putting customers at the heart of everything they do to drive better outcomes for New Zealanders. CEB work collaboratively to put high-quality data and insights into the hands of users throughout the Transport Agency and beyond – creating great journeys to keep New Zealand moving.
