My professional background: I have been in recruitment for just shy 4 years in New Zealand, after starting my career in insurance underwriting. I’ve worked across trades, industrial, and frontline recruitment in New Zealand and Australia, including construction, civil, and manufacturing roles. What drives me is retention, getting the fit right the first time so placements last, not just filling a seat. That means to me building genuine, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
What not many people know about me: I am an avid motorsports and speedway watcher! Grew up around motorsports all my life, now I’m addicted to adrenaline!
What I love about New Zealand: Out of many things I love about New Zealand, my first pick would be that you can drive 1 hour in any direction and hit a beautiful beach, stunning mountains or the sunny countryside
