Where I’m from: I am from a little town called Waimate, which is part of South Canterbury located between Christchurch and Dunedin a town of around 8,000 people. My professional background: I have been in recruitment since 2018. I specialise in Government and Policy Professionals in contract, fixed-term and permanent positions. I love connecting clients and candidates and making a difference in people’s lives. Why I’m passionate about my role at Beyond Recruitment: I feel at home at Beyond. I can bring my true, authentic self to work every day. I am given the space to do my role with the support and backing of my manager and the organisation. I love what I do and feel so lucky that I get to work with an incredible team of people who make coming to work everyday fun What not many people know about me: I am profoundly deaf! I actually lip read. I like to think of it as a super-power. What I love about Aotearoa, New Zealand: The food, the people and the scenery.
