Where I’m From: Lower Hutt, Wellington.

My Professional Background: I have 19 years of administrative experience in roles such as PA/EA, Office Manager, Sales, and Project Coordinator, working in a variety of industries, Media Broadcasting/Film & TV, Engineering, Property, Fashion Retail and Consulting. I spent 8 years in UK and upon returning to Wellington I took up my first role in Recruitment. I have spent the last year providing temporary resource within business support in the Corporate Services team.

Why I’m passionate about Human Resources at Beyond Recruitment: I have a keen interest Human Resources because I’m passionate about people. I think the spirit of Human Resources is always about improvement and how to make things better — whether its development, recruiting talent, looking at new HR or making HR processes more efficient. It’s a constantly changing and forward thinking industry which I find fascinating to recruit for.

What not many people know about me: I was in a New Zealand drama series back in 2006 and I was a backing vocalist in a Motown band for year whilst living in Edinburgh.

What I love about New Zealand: The amazing scenery, and that New Zealanders are very laid back and always friendly.

What I love about Beyond Recruitment: Beyond Recruitment is a fabulous place to work, because it’s a NZ owned company, the team are amazing and incredibly supportive and best of all, we are excellent at what we do.  It’s a good feeling to be a part of a company that are leaders within the industry.​
