My professional background: I started my career working for local government, initially in a call centre while studying before moving into Human Resources. For the next four years I worked in Human Resources and Recruitment. After that I left to gain some private sector experience where I worked in a varied role for a small but successful IT business.
Why I’m passionate about Call Centre & Customer Services at Beyond Recruitment: : I enjoy working in the Call Centre & Customer Services space as it incorporates a variety of roles within an array of industries. The most important aspect is being able to make a difference, finding the right candidate for the business and the right role for a candidate is the ultimate outcome.
What not many people know about me: I’m a sucker for a bit of sport, you will find me watching the Black Caps, All Blacks and if my heart can handle the palpitations the Warriors.
What I love about New Zealand: I love the raw beauty that New Zealand has, from Murawai beach on a moody day, to the snow-capped mountains when flying into Queenstown.
What I love about Beyond Recruitment: No two days are ever the same, yet at the end of the week everyone comes together to celebrate the successes and challenges we have faced and overcome.
