I am looking for an excellent Level 1 Support Engineer with solid experience and understanding of Jira. You will be working on a contract role starting ASAP until May 2020.
To be successful for this role, you will need to have the following experience:
- Basic hardware knowledge such as changing memory and CPU
- Working in a Windows SOE environment
- Solid customer service skills and experience
- Working experience in SharePoint will be an advantage but is not essential
You will be working alongside an experienced Level 2 Support Engineer.
Jira experience is essential for this role.
