This is a fantastic ongoing temporary opportunity based in Wellington CBD. We are seeking applications from people with experience providing high levels of customer service within fast-paced call centre environments.

Key Requirements:
- Strong call centre experience
- Strong customer service experience
- Solid written and verbal English communication skills
- Articulate and professional phone manner
- Positive attitude and experience working within medium-large team environments
- Multi-tasking skills and the ability to display high levels of accuracy
- Problem solving skills and the ability to think laterally
- To be currently based in the Wellington Region
- To be able to obtain a clear Criminal History (MOJ) Check
- To be able to obtain a clear Credit Check
- All applicants must be either a Citizen or Permanent Resident of New Zealand
