- Focus on project delivery QA
- Large govt department
- Sole charge role

This is an exciting opportunity to make your mark across project delivery frameworks and make a difference to the project delivery culture.

Initially the role will focus on implementing and embedding a new project delivery framework and methodology, and will then grow to have a focus on quality assurance. This role sits within the finance and performance team, which has a portfolio of up to 160 projects.

There are no direct reports for this role, it is more a role overseeing the project delivery and ensuring all projects are following with correct methodology and delivering within the framework provided.

Currently the role has existing frameworks and a methodology in place (a hybrid of PRINCE 2), and moving forward they are looking for someone to bring in their past experiences and knowledge on different frameworks and methodologies, to implement and embed the most appropriate one for this organisation.

The team is responsible, as part of the Investor Confidence Rating policy, for their project delivery and therefore both this and the frameworks need to be extremely solid to withstand assessment every 2 years.

Part of the daily requirements for this role will be to look after the delivery model as this is monitored closely by the Senior PM and CEO.

Experience I am looking for is:
- Project delivery within a range of frameworks / methodologies
- Quality assurance of project delivery across a variety of projects
- Project or programme governance
- Implementing a new project methodology or framework and transforming the project delivery culture

Personal qualities will include:
- Pragmatism
- Strong relationship building and influencing skills
- Driven and ambitious
- Proactive
