- Temporary Assignment for 6-8 weeks
- Full time hours
- CBD Location
- $25.00 per hour plus holiday pay

Our client is a unique, nationwide company based in Wellington, who have an opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced HR Administrator. The role will involve providing support to the HR and Recruitment team, managing the new employee process and coordinating the company induction process.

Key responsibilities include:
- Providing support to the small HR and Recruitment team
- Coordinating induction and training programmes
- Arranging interviews
- Completing reference checks
- Liaising with the Payroll, Helpdesk and Office Admin teams
- Prepare monthly HR reports

This fast paced environment requires the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Whilst no two days are the same it is a must that you will be someone who thrives on reading between the lines to enable effective running of the HR function. You must also be able to demonstrate previous success as an HR Administrator and commit for the 6-8 week assignment duration. Working with this unique organisation will look great on your CV.
