My Wellington based client are looking for a Project Coordinator with demonstrated experience within the Government sector. Ideally you will have worked on technology roll out or refresh projects and have experience coordinating remote resources.

This is the chance to work as part of a collaborative and passionate team on multiple varied and interesting projects.

Essential Skills:

- Project Tracking/Liaison - maintenance and update of project plans, ensuring tracking of key activities, milestones and achievements and noting variances and their impacts.

- Communications - Build effective relationships throughout the department to keep up-to-date on active projects as well as preparing and distributing formal communications as required.

- Research, Analysis and Reporting - Financial tracking, reporting and management, risks and issues, action plans and reports as needed

- Maintain and improve work standards - Document and implement any new workflow processes and procedures related to the project that optimise resources, create efficiencies, reduce risks and/or improve quality.
