Our client is looking for a Remuneration Specialist to ensure that best practice Remuneration, Recognition and Reward support services to the organisation is provided. You will be involved in managing a project which will include implementing a new remuneration system for inclusion in Collective Agreement. You will be joining an established HR team of five, reporting into an HR Manager. This role is a 'meaty' role that will certainly provide you with plenty of challenge and variety.

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

- A strong generalist background - depth in Remuneration, Employment Relations
- Experience in Change management and projects
- Experience with collectives/unions
- Customer focussed
- Flexible approach, ability to deal with ambiguity
- Proactive and self-directing
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to influence at all levels
- In depth knowledge of the NZ employment legislation.
