- Permanent Part Time 3 days per week Wednesday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm
- PA support to professional services team within large Government Agency
- $58K to $60K pro rata depending on experience

These part time job share roles don't come up that often! Our client is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to support managers and a team within a high profile Government Agency located in Wellington CBD. You will job share with an experienced PA who works Monday to Wednesday and provide seamless support to a team of busy professionals. Your communication skills, proven PA experience and positive "can do" attitude will help you hit the ground running. This role would ideally suit someone who is seeking to return to work and has a genuine commitment to part time hours.

Key responsibilities include:

- Travel arrangements
- Events and conference coordination
- Meeting requests and calendar bookings
- Document formatting, editing and proof reading
- Assisting with recruitment processes, payroll and HR matters on behalf of the team
- Coding of invoices and expenses
- Collating articles and formatting the Quarterly newsletter
- General administrative tasks and support for the team

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following attributes and competencies:

- Proven PA support experience working with multiple managers and teams
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly organised and ability to plan and prioritise workloads
- Strong customer service and relationship management focus
- Excellent eye for detail and accuracy/proof reading skills
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Professional presentation and ability to think on your feet
