My client is looking for a Learning and Development Advisor to be involved in an organisational wide change programme. In this role, you will understand each stage from design to implementation and then leading to embedding these changes into the business.
The Learning and Development Advisor will report to the project's Learning and Development Team Lead and be responsible for the identification of training content and supporting the planning, development and delivery of training for the Customer Relationship Management and Case Management system project.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Proven experience delivering learning and development activities in a project and programme environment.
- A strong background in learning and development (minimum of 3 years) to support the planning, design, development, delivery and evaluation of learning solutions.
- Proven experience facilitating system, software or change training
- Highly effective stakeholder management skills. You will work in collaboration with the programme team, organisation leaders, subject matter experts, the learning and development team and third party providers to deliver effective learning solutions.
