This Government agency is seeking a facilities professional to manage four floors of office space and the requirements associated with this including health and safety, business continuity, lease negotiations and the co-ordination of building management, office equipment and maintenance.

To be successful you will have experience in the following:

- Experience in facilities, property management, health, safety and security
- Coordination of building management, office equipment and maintenance services
- Property management including lease negotiations
- Leading emergency response and preparedness and the Business Continuity Programme
- Supporting the delivery of the Health, Safety and Security programme
- Passion for customer service and a competent relationship builder
