My client is currently recruiting a full time Customer Service Representative for their small, Wellington based contact centre, Saturday 7.00am-3.30pm, Sunday 8.00am-4.30pm and Monday11.30am-6.00pm.
The successful candidate will play a vital role within the contact centre, and will be responsible for taking calls from members of the public and providing information and advice on public services. This is a resolution based role so your problem solving skills and knowledge of the Wellington region will be second to none.
In return you will be part of a fun close knit team which will be led by this year's winner of the CCINZ Team Leader of the Year Award.
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven customer service skills
- Excellent phone manner with clear communication skills
- Strong typing skills
- Social media knowledge (desirable)
- Customer focused working style
