My client is urgently seeking a Level 1 Service Desk Support person to join the team here in Wellington. To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- an understanding of ITIL
- an understanding of incident requests and problem management
- experience in providing great customer service
- comfortable in providing email and phone support (desk bound position)
- being able to multi-task
- comfortable performing in a high volume/high turnover role
- take accountability for your work
The team operates between 7.30am and 5.30pm Mon to Fri and you will be comfortable being rostered every 4 weeks.
