Our client is seeing an intermediate level communications expert for a short-term contracting opportunity with a Not-for-profit.
Based in Wellington CBD, there are several projects live within the organisation which are primarily being covered by existing staff. We're looking for a communications practitioner for business as usual work and potentially some support on the projects as well.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of communications as it relates to diverse organisations and the not-for-profit space. You'll be able to count your writing experience as a key skill and be adept at social media and media writing.
Your previous contracting experience will allow you to hit the ground running. Our client are searching for something to start ASAP.
This is currently a contract until the end of December this year.
- Experience at senior level in a communications role and provided comms advice to stakeholders
- Have strong proofreading and editing skills and know how to apply plain English principles
- Have good relationship management skills and enjoy working with people
