- $21.63 per hour plus 8% holiday pay
- Start date 31 October 2016
We are seeking applications from people with experience providing high levels of customer service and technical support within fast-paced call centre environments. The hours available are either full time rostered hours (7am to 10pm) Mon - Fri or full time standard hours (8:15am - 5:15pm) Thursday to Monday.
- Available for an end of October start
- Strong inbound call centre & customer service experience
- Technical support experience or IT qualifications or technical skills
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Clear and professional phone manner
- Problem solving skills and the ability to think laterally
- To be currently based in the Wellington Region
- To be able to obtain a clear Criminal History (MOJ) Check
- To be able to obtain a clear Credit Check
- Must be available to work Thursday to Monday
