My client is seeking an experienced HR Administrator for a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave in their Lower Hutt offices. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a varied position giving you scope to expand your current HR experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide variety of HR tasks including:
- Organising HR inductions
- Drafting letters of offers and employment agreements
- Organising staff training programmes
- Invoicing
- Assisting managers with recruitment
- Advertising roles
To be successful in this role you will have the following:
- Strong administration skills
- Previous HR Administration experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work with staff throughout the organisation
