Our client is looking for a Business Analyst to join for an initial 6 month period on a large scale deployment.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience;

- Extensive business analysis experience
- Experience with requirement elicitation and management
- Demonstrated experience in supporting the deployment of enterprise systems
- Experience working on large programmes
- Strong Contact Centre experience
- Strong understanding / experience with service design
- Ideally a strong banking background
