Our client is looking for an experience Project Coordinator to join them on a short term temporary assignment (start date early to mid-December 2016 to approximately 28 February 2017)

This role will be part-time at 25-30 hours per week

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following traits and skills:

- Strong organisational, coordination and project management skills
- Experience in working with a wide range of stakeholders
- Maturity and ability to work independently
- Information/data presentation skills
- Results focus, proactive and the self-management skills necessary to complete tasks within tight timeframes
- High-level written and verbal communication skills
- Competence with Word, Excel and Outlook is essentia (we will test you!)
- Experience and/or knowledge of government Budget processes (desirable)
- Setting up meetings, travel arrangements, and coordinating with other teams and agencies on schedules
