My client is seeking an experienced Programme Coordinator to join their National Science Project on a 12 month fixed term contract based in their Seaview offices.
As Programme Coordinator you will use your extensive finance and budgeting experience to manage all forecasting requirements and financial deadlines for the programme. You will keep accurate records of finances and provide regular updates to management and board members.
Your outstanding coordination skills will be put to good use and will see you taking charge of all administration tasks including, coordination of meetings, setting up monthly worksheets, and preparing agendas.
To be successful in this role you will have the following experience and attributes:
- Proven Project Coordination experience
- Strong finance, budgeting and reporting experience
- Highly organised
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- The ability to setup and implement new processes and procedures
- Able to thrive in a changing environment

Although this role is ideally 40 hours per week, my client will consider someone who is looking to work part time at 30 hours per week.
