- Flexibility in hours a possibility

Large diverse government organisation going through a period of transition requires a contractor who will work on a joint work project with union representatives. There are others within the organisation who are fully trained in the Prosci methodology and will be available to assist during the contract.

You will:
- have managed large scale people-change
- enjoy coaching and mentoring others in the Prosci methods
- have strong stakeholder management skills

There may be some flexibility around hours and start dates.
