We are looking for a Project Coordinator / Process Analyst to assist our client on a piece of work around business process and policy. This is a varied role with a wide range of responsibilities. The Coordinator will work closely with a Project Manager, Product Owner and Communications expert to deliver this project.

Role responsibilities:

- Research and develop business policy and processes
- Answer outside queries about the project (training provided)
- Design an online application form
- Process Applications
- Create and maintain a Project Schedule
- Maintain project registers
- Arrange meetings and take minutes

This position would suit a self-motivating individual with previous experience in Project Coordination as well as in Senior Administration. Knowledge or experience in Business Analysis/ Process Analysis would also be highly desirable. You will also need to have great customer service and time management skills.
