My client is currently recruiting a part time Customer Service Representative for their small, Wellington based contact centre, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 2.30 - 9.00pm, Sunday 4-8pm.
The successful candidate will play a vital role within the contact centre, and will be responsible for taking calls from members of the public and providing information and advice on public services. This is a resolution based role so your problem solving skills and knowledge of the Wellington region will be second to none.
In return you will be part of a fun close knit team which will be led by this year's winner of the CCINZ Team Leader of the Year Award.
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven customer service skills
- Excellent phone manner with clear communication skills
- Strong typing skills
- Social media knowledge (desirable)
- Customer focused working style
This role will be based in Wellington CBD however due to recent earthquakes you will need to work out of an Upper Hutt Location for a while.
