My client is seeking an Asset Information Manager to join the team and take the current role to the next level.

About the Organisation:

My client has recently moved into the IAAS set up. Being a large Government Department they offer a fast paced environment that is constantly changing to meet internal project demands. They are flexible and responsive with their working practices and are involved with many leading Vendors.

What you will be doing:

These roles will require you to interact with Vendors on various levels including administration, invoicing, managing contracts, tracking performance and procurement.
Working alongside Senior Managers and their teams (who are using the software and assets on a day to day basis). Assisting with RFP/RFI/RFQ, asset registers, risk and performance reviews of the Vendor SLA's and much more.
The Hiring Manager is looking for a person who can bring their own ideas and initiative to the table and enhance the ever changing environment that is already on offer.

What I am looking for on your CV:

To be considered for this position you must show experience in:

- Managing Vendor contracts, assets, lifecycle and licencing
- Negotiation
- Performance tracking of Vendors
- Excellent relationship management skill with both internal and external clients.

You must be comfortable with current and emerging technologies, be willing to learn not only from the current incumbent but also other members of staff and be comfortable in challenging the outcomes if you believe they would not work.
