Our Wellington based client is looking for experienced Service Desk Analysts with at least 2 years experience and excellent communication skills. You will be able to hit the ground running, have good all round IT technical knowledge and strong customer / relationship skills.

As a successful candidate you will have:

- 2 years experience in a Service Desk role
- MS Outlook/Exchange, Citrix and AD experience
- Experience supporting Windows 7 and Office 2010
- Solid experience working to SLA's
- Experience using a call logging tool such as Remedy
- Experience in Windows environments
- Previous experience in a New Zealand environment

For this role you must be available immediately and be a New Zealand Citizen. You will need to gain a Security Clearance so clean criminal and credit history is necessary.
