ABOUT THE ROLE
The position is based in the corporate office of a high profile government agency. It is based within their Business Analyst team and has come about as a result of an increase in workload, meaning they need to recruit a new person.
The role will have you focused on all aspects of business analysis, from scoping and business user requirements to work shopping, developing functional requirements, developing documentation and so on.
A lot of the work relates to BA activities design to support software applications and online systems, so your knowledge in that area will be well utilised.
THAT SAID, this isn't a Technical BA role where you will be expected to develop technical specifications and the like. It is just that they need a BA who understands IT systems and applications and how they generally work within the wider business.
