This large government agency is currently in the second phase of a programme that will help shape a large part of the New Zealand Health System.
Looking after 2 clinical directors, one based in Auckland and the other based in the Wellington office, you will have exceptional communication skills both written and oral and be able to pick up different tasks quickly. As the Project Administrator you will help the Project Coordinator with drafting, coordinating and maintaining project documentation.
If this role sounds like the next exciting step in your career you will have experience in administration, booking travel, meetings and ordering catering. You will have previous experience looking after senior management and helping out the wider team.
