My client is seeking an experienced administrator to join their organisation. This is a full time position offering a varied workload, split across two separate teams.

50% of your time will be spent working with an excellent team of administrators supporting the business with a wide range of administration tasks. While the other 50% of your time will be working with a specialised team assisting with work streams and project plans.

Your excellent organisation and time management skills will see you manage your workload and time across both teams with ease.

Role responsibilities:

- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Creating work plans
- Updating registers and documents
- Inputting payments
- Sorting queries inbox
- Formatting documents

To be successful in this role you will have the following experience and attributes:

- Experience in an administration position
- Excellent organisation skills
- Good attention to detail
- Customer focused
- The ability to prioritise your work
- Happy to help out where needed
