PA/Administrator Temporary Assignment

- PA/Administrator temp role commencing 20 February for 4-6 weeks
- Supporting Manager and team located around NZ
- High profile Government agency located in CBD
- $30.00 per hour plus holiday pay

PA/Administrator required to hit the ground running and provide support to a busy Manager and team who are located in a variety of regions around New Zealand. They need someone to assist with a range of tasks and be the glue to keep them on track!

Key responsibilities include:

- Travel arrangements
- Meeting coordination
- Document formatting
- Processing of expenses
- Electronic filing and collation of articles

To be successful in this temporary role you will need to demonstrate the following key competencies and attributes:

- Proven PA or Team Coordination experience working with multiple managers and teams
- Ideally have experience working in a Government agency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised and able to anticipate needs
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft suite
- A positive and professional "can do" attitude where no job is too big or small

You will be working in a unique Government agency that is a leader in their field of expertise. Working in a specialist team, you will liaise with a wide range of people all around New Zealand. This temporary role is due to start on Monday 20 February and you will need to be able to commit for 4-6 weeks duration.
