Are you a multi-tasking superstar who can juggle several tasks with a smile on your face? This busy sales office needs your proactive nature, capable and calm head and willing 'number 8 wire' mentality to keep things ticking over during an extended holiday period.
You must have:
- Previous Office Coordination experience
- Ability to juggle busy Outlook calendars
- Travel and meeting organisation experience
- Good MS Office skills
- Corporate office exposure
- Professionalism and confidentiality
