Are you a multi-tasking, switched on Accounts Administrator looking to join a warm and friendly team based in Mairangi Bay?
Our role will see you looking after Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, generating invoices, credits, reconciliations, and processing rebates.
Other duties include, processing sales orders, assisting a sales team with reporting and administration and assisting with inventory requirements.

Can you tick the following boxes?
- Have at least 2 - 3 years accounts experience
- Have Previous experience with Netsuite or a similar system
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have strong computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Have attention to detail and top accuracy
