A leading corporate project management consultancy built on long standing relationships and significant word of mouth referrals is in a healthy position with a strong forward work load. They have several high powered clients on their client list. Projects are in the fit out and light commercial space with job values ranging between $200K - $5M with an average of $700K. They require a switched on project manager to facilitate and co ordinate projects ensuring successful delivery.

The role primary focus is to represent and protect clients interests in project and cost management. It requires a mix of client meetings and presentations, contract admin, cost estimating, scopes of works, organizing sub trades, co ordination and managing projects. In essence this role is to support the current senior project managers on projects and also have the ability to undertake your own projects over time pending your skill set and experience.

As an applicant you will have some significant experience managing projects within the consultancy interiors and fit out sector and/or from a contractor background. You have an eye for detail and can work with and develop efficient systems. A QS background would be highly beneficial with an understanding of the tender process for fitouts and ability to prepare documentation and review drawings. Of most importance is your communication and relationship development skills as well as your ability to lead and drive projects.

This role offers $85K - $100K+ + a vehicle
