Are you looking for a part time Accounts Administration role? Do you want to work for a growing and sucsessful Mt Wellington based company supporting the Operations Manager and Company Accountant up to and including General Ledger?

In this role you will carry out the following accounts administration tasks;

- Weekly payroll for 15 staff
- Accounts Receivable
- Debtors and credit control
- Invoicing and Statements
- Receipts
- Setting up new accounts
- Entering creditors Invoices
- Trial Balance
- Accounts Payable
- General Ledger Account Reconciliation
- Bank Rec's
- GST Returns
- Stock Transfers
- Job Transfers
- Filing and other adhoc duties

This is a part time role 9am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday. You must be able to hit the ground runing in this role, therefore you will have carried out all the above accounts duties in a previous role in New Zealand for at least 4 years, and must have worked on reconciliation of general ledgers.

We cannot consider anyone who does not already have a valid working visa for New Zealand.
