Are you an Ecommerce / Finance Graduate, with an NZ Degree? Do you have fantastic communication skills and are able to communicate confidently and efficiently both over the phone and face to face? If this sounds like you, here is a fantastic opportunity to join a high performing Billing and Credits Team as a Billing Coordinator, resolving billing disputes for corporate clients.

__In this role you will required to;__

- Issuing of bills
- Accurately transfer billing files, feeds, adjustments and service orders
- Identifying billing discrepancies
- Liaise with commercial customers via phone and email
- Investigate through the billing service
- Manage customer enquiries and disputes
- Addressing the root cause of issues to ensure they do not happen in future
- Resolving billing discrepancies, and customer disputes
- Increase the portfolio of customers who pay make advanced payments
- Drive continuous improvement activity to improve efficiency and promote right-first-time billing
- Provide billing delivery and support
- Provide reporting
- Support the Service Delivery and Account Managers
- Build internal relationships
- Ensure all procedures are maintained and followed

__To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills;__

- Have worked in and accounting role
- Be confident in dealing with commercial customers face to face
- Strong numerical and reconciliation skills
- Be analytical, as you will be solving complex queries and analysing reports
- Be Degree qualified in a related subject
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong relationship building skills
- Be systems savvy to be able to develop a strong understanding of the billing support systems
- Be able to easily build and foster relationships with customers and internal departments
- Be able to provide reporting
- Have confident and clear communication skills
- Be able to proactively anticipate customers needs
- Be able to communicate across the wider business
- Previous billing's experience would be advantageous.
